The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio and the ability to create high-quality visual content for digital, social media, branding, marketing, and print campaigns. Key Responsibilities - Create engaging designs for social media, websites, digital advertising, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials. - Develop creative concepts and visual layouts in line with brand guidelines. - Design and maintain brand assets, marketing collateral, and promotional materials. - Prepare artwork for both digital and print production. - Collaborate with the marketing, content, and management teams on campaigns and projects. - Edit and revise designs based on feedback while maintaining quality and consistency. - Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Stay updated with current design, social media, and visual communication trends. - Support photography, video, motion graphics, or basic UI/UX requirements when needed. Requirements - 3–5 years of professional graphic design experience. - Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, social media, and print design. - Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign . - Good working knowledge of Figma and Canva . - Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy. - Knowledge of print production and preparing press-ready artwork. - Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills. - Good English communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - UAE/Dubai work experience is an advantage. Preferred Skills - Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects . - Video editing. - UI/UX and web design. - AI-assisted creative tools. - Arabic typography or experience designing for UAE/Middle East audiences. - Experience in branding, advertising, e-commerce, hospitality, real estate, or retail.
