The candidate will be responsible for creating attractive and professional designs for digital and print media. Key Responsibilities - Create social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials. - Design creative content according to company requirements. - Edit and enhance images, photos, and other visual content. - Create marketing and advertising creatives. - Coordinate with the HR, marketing, and management teams for design requirements. - Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colors, and layouts. - Make design changes based on feedback and requirements. - Manage multiple design tasks and complete them within deadlines. Required Skills - Good knowledge of CorelDRAW . - Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is an advantage. - Knowledge of Canva is an added advantage. - Good understanding of colors, fonts, layouts, and typography. - Creative thinking and attention to detail. - Ability to understand design requirements and convert ideas into creative designs. - Good communication and teamwork skills. Advanced Skills – Added Advantage - CorelDRAW - Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Canva - Photo Editing - Logo Designing - Social Media Creative Designing - Banner & Poster Designing - Printing & Flex Design Eligibility - Any degree/diploma or relevant qualification in Graphic Design or a related field. - Freshers with good designing skills can also apply. - Candidates with previous graphic design experience will be preferred.
