The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, understand premium/luxury visual communication, be comfortable using AI tools for content creation, and have the ability to turn creative ideas into impactful visual campaigns. Key Responsibilities Social Media Content Design Design high-quality and engaging creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Create static posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, campaign creatives, and other social media assets. Ensure all designs follow Iconiq Wellness' brand guidelines and maintain a consistent premium look and feel. AI-Driven Content Creation Use AI tools to ideate and create innovative visual content, concepts, backgrounds, product visuals, and creative assets. Explore new AI tools and techniques to improve design quality and speed. Combine AI-generated assets with professional design skills to create polished, brand-ready content. Monthly Content Ideation Participate in monthly content planning and brainstorming sessions. Develop fresh visual concepts based on upcoming campaigns, products, events, trends, and brand priorities. Translate content ideas into visually strong and engaging creatives. Page Health & Visual Maintenance Maintain the overall visual health and consistency of Iconiq Wellness' social media pages. Regularly review the page grid, content formats, thumbnails, highlights, covers, and overall visual identity. Identify design gaps and proactively improve the visual presentation of the brand. Ensure that all creatives are designed with the overall page aesthetic in mind, not as standalone posts. Campaign Design & Creative Development Develop creative concepts and visual directions for marketing campaigns. Design campaign assets across social media, digital platforms, events, and other marketing touchpoints. Work closely with the marketing and content teams to convert campaign ideas into impactful visual communication. Think beyond individual creatives and develop complete visual campaign identities. Event & Brand Collaterals Design creatives and visual assets for events, exhibitions, launches, activations, and brand experiences. Create invitations, standees, banners, digital screens, presentations, and other event-related collateral as required. Requirements 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related role. Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and digital design. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent. Hands-on experience with AI design/content creation tools. Strong understanding of typography, composition, layouts, imagery, and visual hierarchy. Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail. Understanding of social media formats, trends, and platform requirements. Ability to maintain consistent brand aesthetics across multiple platforms. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines. Experience with luxury, wellness, lifestyle, fitness, hospitality, beauty, or premium brands will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should be able to think of a concept, use AI and design tools to bring it to life, and build a complete visual direction for a campaign or monthly content plan.
