Production & Vendor Coordination: Prepare accurate production drawings, spatial layout specs, and prepress files for floral setups and event installations, and communicate directly with production vendors and printers to ensure flawless execution. Floral & Event Visual Storytelling: Translate luxury floral concepts, event styling themes, and seasonal collection stories into visually compelling print, digital, and spatial assets. Brand Identity: Maintain visual consistency across all brand touchpoints, ensuring our aesthetic continuously reflects the company's standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with the Artistic Director, Business Manager, and internal team members to execute client briefs and refine creative outputs. Trend & Aesthetic Awareness: Stay current with design trends across luxury retail, high fashion, floral artistry, interior design, and visual communication to deliver fresh and contemporary solutions. Requirements: Education & Experience: Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Visual Communication, or a related creative discipline, with 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (luxury, lifestyle, or agency experience is a plus). Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere). Practical experience with production draw-ups, photo retouching, short-form video editing, and prepress file preparation is essential. Design Excellence: Strong foundation in typography, layout, colour theory, and composition with an eye for refined visual storytelling. Portfolio: An exceptional portfolio demonstrating creative problem-solving, branding work, and a sophisticated aesthetic across print and digital media. Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, time-management abilities to handle multiple project deadlines, and a collaborative mindset. Bonus Points: Experience in motion graphics, basic video editing, web/UX design, or packaging design for retail products.
