This role will grow the FC Tulsa brand by establishing a world-class visual presence on all digital and physical touchpoints. This is a full-time, salaried, in-person position. This position reports directly to the club’s VP of Marketing. Position Purpose: The FC Tulsa mission is to unite and inspire Green Country through the highest level of professional sports in Tulsa. The FC Tulsa core values are as follows: T - Together for Tulsa U - Utilize a Growth Mindset L - Lead with Positivity S - Service First A - Always Hustle Primary Responsibilities: - Create, maintain, and protect the club’s visual brand identity across all digital and physical channels. - Continually push creative boundaries and innovate to uniquely communicate the club’s vision through design. - Regularly collaborate with Ticketing, Communications, Partnership, Marketing, and Creative staff to deliver design assets that fulfill objectives and drive growth. - Execute all graphic needs including club templates, milestone graphics, schedule assets, matchday posters, in-stadium LEDs, merch, flyers, brochures, packaging, presentations, event materials, and more. - Create marketing materials for all departments, including assets for season tickets, group tickets, promotional theme nights, paid ads, billboards, partnership decks, and more. - Contribute to weekly marketing/creative meetings by communicating ideas to achieve club objectives. - Ensure all projects are completed by designated timelines and error-free in a fast-paced environment. - Develop and maintain good, professional relationships with colleagues, players, & sporting staff. - Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in a similar creative role. - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom. - Must be flexible and available to work evenings and/or weekends, nights, and holidays. - Applicants must provide/include a link to website portfolio or pdf of creative work. Preferred Qualifications: - Bilingual or multilingual skills. - Experience working in the soccer, sports, and/or entertainment industry. - Live sports photography and/or videography experience. Essential Functions: - Must be available for all FC Tulsa home matches and select away matches. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to handle feedback and direction with a positive mindset. - Punctuality, accountability, and keen attention to detail in each duty. - Ability to work independently and in a group while handling several tasks simultaneously. - Team-centric attitude and approach. - React quickly and positively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Must be able to handle confidential, privileged, and/or sensitive information carefully and with discretion. - Strong understanding of creative and social media trends. - Strong visual storytelling ability. Physical Requirements: - Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day. - Ability to focus on projects for periods of time. - Role routinely uses standard office equipment. - Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
