Today, Aluma is a growing network of 25+ independent injectors across Southern California, each with their own brand, their own clients, and their own story. We handle the infrastructure, the support, and the standards of care. They bring the artistry. And increasingly, you'll be the one making that artistry visible. The Role Every injector in our network is a small business owner with a distinct identity. Some are clinical and polished. Some are playful and bold. All of them deserve design that looks like it came from a luxury brand studio. As our Graphic Designer, you'll be the creative engine behind that work. You'll own in-house design for the entire injector network, turning pre-built brand kits into social content, email campaigns, printed collateral, and digital ads that feel unmistakably theirs. One day it's a seasonal promo for a boutique brand. The next, it's signage for a partner event. This is a high-volume, fast-moving role for a designer who gets energy from variety, works quickly without cutting corners, and takes pride in craft at every size and scale. Why This Role Matters Your work is often the first impression a prospective client has of an injector's brand. A well-designed flyer, a scroll-stopping Instagram post, or a beautifully built email can be the difference between a booked consultation and a passing glance. Your work helps our injectors show up in the world the way they envision, with a presence that reflects their expertise and builds trust with new clients. Empowering that independence is at the heart of Aluma's mission. What You'll Do - Design across 25+ injector brands: social graphics, email campaign creative, printed materials (flyers, signage, brochures, event collateral), and digital ads - Protect each brand's identity: work within established brand kits and style guides so every touchpoint feels consistent and intentional - Keep the creative pipeline moving: manage and prioritize a steady flow of requests from multiple partners, often on quick turnarounds - Partner with our marketing team: plan around campaign timing, seasonal promotions, and event needs - Help brand kits grow up: maintain and evolve templates as injector brands expand and refresh - Make the work easier: spot recurring requests and propose smarter systems, from templates to reusable components What You Bring Required - 3+ years of professional graphic design experience - Strong working proficiency in Canva - A portfolio that shows real range across social, print, and digital/email design - The ability to juggle many brands and requests at once without losing your eye for detail - Comfort designing inside established brand guidelines, and the skill to make them shine - Reliable communication and follow-through. You'll support a large, distributed network of partners, and they'll count on you.
