We are certified to ISO 9001:2015, AS 9120B and ISO 14001:2015. The role You will be in charge of everything visual that reaches a customer or represents Aeristo, including presentations, photography, catalogs, brochures, the website and trade shows. Your job is to make our materials look as clear and true on screen and on paper as they feel in the hand. You will report to our Design Lead and work closely with the design, sampling and customer engagement teams. What you will do Design client presentations and color decks built on real photography. Photograph every new material and sample as it is produced: a hero shot, a macro of the grain, the technique and a color reference. Build and maintain a visual library of materials, colors, techniques and applications for the whole team. Create brochures, article sheets, catalogs and sample books, and manage their printing and assembly. Keep aeristo.com, LinkedIn, mailers and advertising current and consistent. Design booth graphics and panels for trade shows. Document new developments such as embossing, quilting and perforation as they happen. What you bring 2+ years of professional design experience, in-house or at a studio. A portfolio of print and digital work for a premium material, product or interiors brand. Product photography skills: controlled lighting, color calibration and macro detail. Print production experience: proofs, color management, and working with printers and vendors. A precise eye for color and the discipline to keep a growing library organized. A degree in graphic design or visual communication, or equivalent experience. Software Required: Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Figma. A plus: Adobe Substance 3D and a 3D tool such as Rhino or KeyShot. How we work Precision over decoration. Clarity over excess. Material truth over visual exaggeration. Consistency across every touchpoint. Everything we produce should feel intentional, refined and manufacturable.
