The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting marketing and business objectives through effective visual communication. Key Responsibilities - Design marketing materials including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and presentations. - Create engaging graphics for digital platforms such as websites, social media, and email campaigns. - Develop creative concepts and design layouts based on project requirements. - Maintain brand consistency across all design projects. - Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual content. - Collaborate with the marketing and other departments to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions. - Prepare final artwork files for printing and digital publishing. - Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Requirements - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. - 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Knowledge of Canva and other design tools is an advantage. - Basic understanding of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects is preferred. - Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual design skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
