This position will involve a variety of graphic design, artwork preparation, and embroidery setup responsibilities, with opportunities to contribute to other areas of the business based on individual skills and company needs. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, willing to learn, and comfortable working on a variety of projects. We are looking for someone who can adapt to changing priorities, work both independently and collaboratively, and help bring customer ideas to life. Responsibilities - Create, edit, and prepare graphic designs for customer projects. - Prepare artwork for apparel, promotional products, and other custom-printed or decorated items. - Set up and prepare designs for embroidery production, including working with embroidery files and digitizing software as needed. - Review artwork for quality, accuracy, sizing, placement, and production readiness. - Make revisions to designs based on customer requests and internal feedback. - Organize digital artwork, design files, and project information. - Assist with preparing customer proofs and production-ready files. - Communicate with team members regarding project requirements, deadlines, and production needs. - Learn and assist with other business operations as needed. - Maintain a consistent standard of quality, accuracy, and professionalism across projects. Qualifications - Creativity and an eye for design, layout, color, and detail. - Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software. - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow project specifications. - Good communication, organization, and time-management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and adjust to changing priorities. - Willingness to learn embroidery setup, artwork preparation, and production processes. - Previous graphic design experience or familiarity with design software is preferred. - Experience with embroidery digitizing, apparel decoration, or print production is a plus. We are open to candidates with different levels of experience. A strong work ethic, adaptability, and willingness to learn are important. Compensation & Opportunities Starting pay is $15.00 per hour, with part-time and full-time opportunities available. Responsibilities, schedule, and potential for growth may be adjusted based on the candidate’s experience, demonstrated abilities, and the needs of the business.
