INTECON provides the professionals who sustain DC3's mission, and we are hiring creative and marketing talent to support the center's design, branding, communications, and outreach. In this role, you will create the visual and communication products that represent DC3 to government, academic, and industry audiences. This is a versatile position that spans graphic design, web and user-experience design, brand and marketing campaigns, and support for events and partner engagements. We welcome candidates whose strengths sit in any of these areas, and we will align responsibilities to your experience. Roles and Responsibilities - Design and produce visual assets such as graphics, branding materials, infographics, video, and photography using Adobe Creative Cloud, and manage digital media libraries. - Design web pages and user interfaces, including research, wireframes, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, with attention to accessibility and responsive design. - Develop branded campaigns and promotional materials and maintain consistent branding across web, print, and social media. - Support communications and outreach, including messaging, digital content, and social media. - Support events, conferences, and partner engagements, including visitor materials, scheduling, and on-site coordination. Required Qualifications - Professional experience in graphic design, digital media, marketing, or a closely related creative field. - Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma. - A portfolio demonstrating design, branding, web, or marketing work. - Strong communication and organizational skills to support outreach, events, and stakeholder engagement. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with user-experience and interface design and basic front-end web skills. - Experience with brand strategy, campaign management, or public affairs. - Experience supporting professional events, conferences, or protocol visits. Required Education Bachelor's degree in graphic design, communications, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Required Clearance Level This position does not require a security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain a clearance is preferred. Compensation Disclaimer: The salary range listed reflects a broad span to account for variations in experience, education, certifications, security clearance level, and other job-related factors. Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, relevant experience, and alignment with both company guidelines and contractual rate restrictions established by the Government or customer.
