We are looking for a team member dedicated to assisting in our customer service areas. We are a print shop located in Kendall, FL. Must be able to come into the office. Position is on site - Monday to Friday - Hours are approx. 11am - 5pm -- about 30-35 hours weekly. REQUIREMENTS: - Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator -- resizing artwork, typing, changing font move items, crop, save etc. ( you will not be creating new artwork/graphics. ) We can teach ideal candidate. - Ability to greet walk in customers & take note of customers needs in order to create a quote and process an order - Answer client emails and phone calls - Check on progress of orders & organize timelines for orders to be made - Good communication skills and work well in a team setting - Ability to work well under deadlines and perform multiple tasks effectively with strong attention to detail - Organized, independent and be able to multitask. - Spanish and English to communicate with clients + coworkers as team work coordination is a big part of this position.
