In this role, you will be responsible for developing compelling visual concepts that elevate brand identity and enhance product packaging. Your expertise will drive the visual storytelling of our products across digital and print media, ensuring consistency, originality, and high-quality execution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the aesthetic direction of our brand while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful design solutions that resonate with our target audience. What you’ll do - Design packaging for new products, including boxes, window cartons, backing cards, labels, and gift sets - Translate product briefs and visual references into polished designs - Create coordinated packaging across collections and licensed brands - Prepare production artwork using factory dielines and specifications - Build packaging mockups and product presentation visuals - Incorporate feedback from our product team, buyers, and factories - Check artwork for accuracy, consistency, and print readiness - Manage multiple projects and keep artwork moving through revisions and approvals What we’re looking for - A portfolio showing strong packaging or consumer product design - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop - Strong skills in typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy - Experience working with dielines and preparing files for print - Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently - Comfort working from clear creative direction and collaborating closely with a product team Experience with beauty products, retail packaging, or licensed brands is a plus.
