This is your opportunity to experience how engineering concepts are applied in real projects, develop your technical skills and build a strong foundation for your career. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying Requirements: Minimum CGPA 2.00 27 years old and below Energetic and self-motivated Willing to learn and take on new challenges Strong teamwork and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced project environment WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE As a Graduate Trainee, you will be involved in: Assisting in the management and coordination of slope projects Supporting Senior Engineers and Project Coordinators in assigned projects Liaising with consultants, technical agencies and relevant authorities Monitoring site progress and ensuring works comply with approved designs and specifications Coordinating site activities with clients, construction coordinators and subcontractors Gaining practical exposure to real construction and engineering operations YOUR 9-MONTH JOURNEY 1 Week — Soft Skills Training Develop essential workplace skills including communication, teamwork and professional development. 8 Months 3 Weeks — On-the-Job Training Put your engineering knowledge into practice through hands-on project experience and exposure to real site operations. WHAT YOU’LL GET Monthly allowance throughout the program RM2,000.
