Responsibilities Managing and coordinating the company diary. Organising appointments, meetings and site visits. Maintaining project and company calendars. Monitoring important project dates and programmes. Reminding team members of upcoming meetings, appointments and deadlines. Assisting with meeting arrangements and follow-up actions. Maintaining company contact databases and records. General business correspondence and administration. Maintaining and ordering company stationery and branded materials. Helping improve internal administrative systems as the company grows. Creating, maintaining and regularly updating company social media platforms. Planning social media content around current and completed projects. Filming and photographing selected ongoing projects for social media. Editing and preparing suitable project content for publication. Preparing project updates, before-and-after content and construction progress posts. Coordinating professional photography and videography of completed projects. Maintaining a library of high-quality company and project photographs. Assisting with the development and consistency of company branding. Creating and updating company brochures, presentations and marketing material. Regularly updating the company website. Adding new and completed projects to the website. Maintaining staff, services and company information. Developing and regularly updating the company portfolio. Producing individual project case studies. Organising project photography, drawings, CGI images and completed-project information. Helping ensure that the company's online presence accurately reflects the quality and range of work undertaken by the company. Monitoring and following up potential project leads. Maintaining a business development and enquiries tracker. Following up selected enquiries and potential clients. Researching potential clients, consultants and business opportunities. Identifying potential collaborations and networking opportunities. Maintaining relationships with previous and existing clients. Assisting with client follow-ups after project completion. Helping identify opportunities to generate repeat and referral business. Supporting the preparation of capability statements, company profiles and introductory presentations. Researching relevant construction, architecture and property networking events. Identifying suitable CPD seminars, exhibitions and industry conferences. Maintaining an annual calendar of relevant CPD and networking opportunities. Organising attendance and registrations. Assisting with the organisation of Kstudios company events. Helping organise client and professional networking events. Coordinating team social events and the annual Christmas event. Supporting invitations, venues, catering, photography and event logistics. Requirements A current university student, recent graduate or early-career candidate. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Confident communicating by telephone, email and in person. Professional and comfortable communicating with clients and consultants. Interested in business development, marketing and company growth. Creative and confident using social media. Comfortable creating photographs and short-form video content. Confident using Microsoft Office. Able to manage several tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Proactive and comfortable taking initiative. Willing to learn and develop new skills. Interested in architecture, construction, property or design.
