Key Responsibilities: - Liaise with DEWA, RTA, and other relevant government authorities. - Handle project approvals, NOCs, permits, and infrastructure-related requirements. - Follow up on applications and resolve authority-related issues. - Coordinate with internal teams and government stakeholders. Requirements: - UAE National (Emirati) only. - Minimum 5 years of relevant UAE experience. - Strong professional connections and hands-on experience dealing with DEWA and RTA are mandatory. - Real estate or construction industry experience is preferred. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
