# Go-to-Market Engineer **Predikt** · Leuven · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: сегодня* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role About Predikt ‍ Predikt is a dynamic Swiss-Belgian deeptech company at the forefront of innovation, developing cutting-edge AI-driven technology. We are an AI-driven cost & margin intelligence platform built for enterprise procurement and finance teams, providing unmatched visibility into external cost drivers and their impact on margins. We empower organizations to navigate market volatility, proactively manage risks, protect profitability and make confident, data-driven decisions. As an early-stage startup, we are fueled by a strong sense of mission and enthusiasm, striving to make cost intelligence accessible to every procurement and finance leader across the globe. ‍ At Predikt, we are defined by our core values and high ambitions. We are a company that champions integrity, innovation and excellence, creating an environment where everyone supports each other and works collaboratively towards common goals. Our customer-centric approach ensures we deliver exceptional value and service, while fostering a culture of mutual respect, open communication, and continuous improvement. ‍ Join us on this exciting journey as we transform the way procurement and finance teams understand and act on cost and create a future where volatility is no longer a threat, but a challenge every organization is equipped to face with confidence. Predikt turns market volatility into structured, forward-looking cost and margin intelligence for procurement, finance and commercial teams at global CPG and Food & Beverage enterprises. Our product is live with enterprise customers, and we're now building our commercial team. Our buyers are a few hundred large enterprises. Deals are significant, sales cycles are long, and decisions involve procurement, finance and the C-suite. That means go-to-market here is about precision, not volume: knowing exactly which accounts and people matter, finding the warmest way in, reaching them at the right moment, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. As our Go-to-Market Engineer, you build the engine that turns our target account list into pipeline: the data, systems and automation behind it. You'll work side by side with the founders, who lead our enterprise sales today, and with the Marketing Manager and Account Executive we're adding to the team. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and engineering. You won't write product code with our core engineering team, and you're not an SDR chasing call volume. You own the machine that makes our commercial team faster and sharper, and you'll run parts of it yourself while we build it. What you'll do - Build and maintain our target account data: our priority accounts, their buying committees (procurement, finance, C-suite) and the signals that tell us when to engage, such as leadership changes, input cost pressure, relevant hiring or tooling renewals. - Map warm routes into those accounts through our network, investors, partners and existing customers, and make them usable for the team. - Design and run signal-based outreach that reaches several people per account with messages that are relevant to what just changed for them, across email, LinkedIn and events. - Own our CRM and GTM stack: clean data, clear pipeline stages, and workflows the team actually uses. - Support account-based campaigns and events together with Marketing: targeting, audiences, follow-up flows and measuring what works. - Help us grow inside existing customers by mapping the next business units, categories and use cases where Predikt can add value. - Build tools and AI workflows that help the team research, qualify and follow up faster, for example account briefs before meetings, a reusable library for RFP answers and first drafts of proposals. - Bring the data on what actually converts into our positioning, messaging and ideal customer profile, together with the founders, Marketing, Sales and Product. - Continuously test and improve how we generate and qualify pipeline, and fix what's broken without waiting to be asked. What success looks like After 90 days: - Our priority accounts and their buying committees are mapped and live in HubSpot, with warm routes identified. - A first signal-based outreach flow is running and booking meetings. After one year: - A clean, reliable view of our priority accounts and a CRM the whole team trusts. - A repeatable engine that consistently books qualified meetings with decision-makers at our target accounts, with the founders spending far less time on prospecting. - Clear pipeline reporting: where opportunities come from, how they move, and what we should do more (or less) of. Our current stack - HubSpot as our CRM and single source of truth - lemlist for sequencing and outreach - LinkedIn Sales Navigator for account and people research - Notion for call recording and meeting notes - Notion for documentation, account plans and internal knowledge - Claude and other AI tools for research, drafting and automation This is where we are today, not a fixed list. If you know a better tool for the job, we're open to it. You'll have a real say in how the stack evolves. What you bring - Experience in B2B go-to-market, growth, RevOps or demand generation, ideally in a start-up or scale-up selling software to enterprises. - A technical, hands-on streak: you can script, automate, work with APIs and data, and you enjoy building your own tools. - Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling such as HubSpot or Salesforce, Clay or similar enrichment platforms, and sequencing tools, plus a curiosity for how AI can make them smarter. - An analytical mind: comfortable with data and dashboards, and with turning numbers into decisions. - Strong commercial instinct and the ability to understand enterprise software well enough to speak about it credibly with senior buyers. - An entrepreneurial, "get it done" mentality: comfortable starting from a blank page, iterating fast and shipping something that works rather than perfecting it in theory. - Fluent in English. Dutch, French or German is a plus. What we offer Pay & perks - A competitive salary and a stock option plan, so you share in the growth you help create. - Meal vouchers of €8 per working day. - Eco vouchers worth €250 per year. - A net allowance of €175 per month for working from home and using your own equipment. Getting around - Mobility budget or company car via Lizy: you choose what fits your life. - Bike lease option. - Our Leuven office is a 2-minute walk from the train station. Health - Hospitalisation insurance via Alan. Flexibility - Hybrid work, split between our Leuven office and home. - Work from abroad for up to 3 weeks a year. - Bring your own device: work with the tools you know best. - A flexible reward plan is planned for 2027, so you can shape part of your package yourself. Team & culture - A yearly offsite, sometimes in the Swiss Alps, sometimes closer to home. - Plenty of moments together throughout the year: drinks, our Christmas dinner and other team activities. - A culture of radical transparency, where open and honest communication is the norm. - An early-stage startup that's growing fast, with room to take on more if you want it.
