# GM Business Operations **Logicon Facility Management** · Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 10 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Strategy and planning - Partner with the leadership team to define the annual operating plan, budgets, and long-term business goals - Own the operating rhythm: monthly and quarterly business reviews, OKRs, and performance dashboards - Identify growth levers, cost-optimization opportunities, and new business initiatives Operations and execution - Oversee end-to-end operations across functions such as supply chain, procurement, logistics, customer delivery, and facilities - Drive process excellence through SOPs, automation, and continuous improvement (Lean / Six Sigma where relevant) - Ensure service levels, quality standards, and turnaround times are consistently met Financial and commercial management - Own P&L levers related to operations, including cost per unit, margins, and working capital - Lead vendor strategy, negotiations, and contract governance - Work closely with Finance on forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control People and leadership - Lead and mentor a team of managers and senior managers - Build a performance-driven culture with clear ownership, KPIs, and accountability - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, Technology, and Product heads Systems, risk, and compliance - Lead ERP/CRM implementation and optimization (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or similar) - Establish risk management, internal controls, and statutory compliance frameworks - Drive data-led decision making through MIS and analytics Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
