The role translates business strategy and Market Practice priorities into a coherent global go-to-market agenda for all Synpulse brands, with consistent standards, disciplined portfolio choices and measurable commercial contribution. The role leads the three-level Marketing operating model: global steering, Market Practice business partnering, and regional or local activation. It provides direction to the Deputy Head of Marketing, Marketing Business Partners and activation specialists, while working closely with Market Practice leaders, regional and local leadership, Global Communications, and Design Services.
