Imagine developing and maintaining global guidelines for product and project cost calculations, ensuring a consistent and transparent approach that aligns with our ambitious digital agenda. You will lead the design and rollout of a global sales calculation methodology, capturing and validating standard rates while driving Enterprise Risk Management initiatives. Your expertise will directly influence our growth and efficiency, allowing you to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, international environment. How You’ll Make an Impact - Develop and maintain global guidelines for product and project cost calculation, ensuring consistency across Grid Technologies Service. - Design and implement a global sales calculation methodology, ensuring uniform pricing logic across regions and business lines. - Own the post-calculation process to validate standard rates and maintain mark-ups for risk contingency and warranty provisions. - Drive the identification and tracking of risks and opportunities, supporting the implementation of mitigation measures in collaboration with project stakeholders. - Establish a reporting cadence for Enterprise Risk Management, ensuring alignment and transparency across the unit. What You Bring - A commercial degree or comparable qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or Industrial Engineering with a commercial focus. - Solid hands-on experience in controlling, costing, or commercial project management, ideally with a background in project execution. - Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented approach, with the ability to think and act globally. - Proficiency in cost accounting principles, pricing logic, and risk management concepts, along with digital skills in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and data tools like Power BI. - Fluent English is required; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
