# Global Finance Director **EPS** · Taguig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role JOB DESCRIPTION Job Title: Global Finance Director JOB SUMMARY This position will report directly to Strato Global CEO and will have full accountabilities for all aspects of the Accounting and Controllership activities, Tax Compliance, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, as well as system implementation and enhancement, project work and overseeing the HR function. This role is a senior Finance leadership role and assumes a broad scope of responsibilities, including all things Finance, as well as non-Finance responsibilities. The role requires senior level stakeholder management skills. Some of the areas of responsibility include, but will not be limited to: Accounting, Controllership and Cash Management Tax Compliance and Planning - Performing tax nexus analysis and determining tax obligations. Preparation and submission of indirect tax returns (VAT, GST etc.) and corporate income tax returns for multiple tax jurisdictions, including AU, US, UK, DE, PH, CA etc. Complete tax audits, if any, and deal with tax authorities\ Financial Reporting and Budgeting Project management of system implementation General Management and Other HR Function - Oversee service delivery and day-to-day operations of the HR function; Manage, coach and mentor team members, monitor capacity and identify skills gaps and training needs. Maximize overall team performance. Oversees payroll function.- Ensure compliance with all known labor laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which Strato operates (currently Australia, the US, the UK, Germany, the Philippines and Canada); provide expertise in labor laws and practices to line managers. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability that a successful candidate will possess.) Education/Licenses/Credentials Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Must be CPA qualified. Strong technical accounting skills are a must. Minimum of 20 years’ experience in the finance and accounting field; Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and IFRS. Expert knowledge on AASB15 (IFRS15) and AASB16. Big-4 Accounting Firm experience is a must. Experience in preparation of indirect tax returns and corporate income tax returns for multiple tax jurisdictions. Experience in managing a centralized Finance shared service center. Experience in large or mid-market ERP system implementation; NetSuite and Odoo implementation experience is highly desired. Knowledge of and/or experience within the software industry is preferred. Experience working in an international business organization is preferred. Experience in an environment where finance works as a business partner with the Business Units in a results-driven, sales-oriented environment.
