Global Compensation & Benefits Manager
Four Corners is a recruitment firm specialising in the search and selection of professionals and managers across the Fashion, Luxury and Beauty industries. On behalf of a rapidly expanding company in the luxury hospitality sector, we are seeking: Global Compensation & Benefits Manager Reporting to the People & Culture Director, the successful candidate will oversee the development, implementation and management of compensation, incentive and benefits strategies. The role will ensure internal equity, external competitiveness and alignment with the company’s overall business strategy and budget, while maintaining full compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Key Responsibilities Define and regularly update global Compensation & Benefits policies in line with HR strategy and business objectives; Manage compensation systems, including fixed and variable pay, MBOs and incentive plans, across both managerial and non-managerial populations; Coordinate annual salary review, merit increase, bonus and reward processes; Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys, ensuring competitiveness and cost sustainability; Oversee job architecture, job evaluation and grading systems; Manage and develop employee benefits and welfare programs, including flexible benefits; Ensure compliance with applicable employment and tax laws and regulations relating to compensation and benefits; Monitor labor costs and prepare reporting and analysis for senior management; Partner with Finance and external consultants. Requirements 8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles, gained within structured organizations and/or specialized consulting firms; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Law, Management Engineering or related fields; Proven experience managing C&B across international markets; Strong knowledge of compensation systems, MBOs and incentive plans; Solid understanding of Italian and international employment and tax legislation; Excellent command of Excel and data analysis tools; Fluent English, both written and spoken; Willingness to travel, including internationally.
