Based in Jersey City, you will be the executive owner of the client relationship, partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure consistent service delivery, strong governance, financial performance and long-term account growth. You will report to the Global VP Operations and travel internationally as the role requires. This is a high-impact leadership role for a client-focused professional who combines strategic account management, commercial acumen and operational oversight. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Executive Account Leadership - Serve as the primary executive contact for the client globally - Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor - Lead business reviews, governance meetings and long-term account planning Governance and Operations - Drive a consistent global operating model across all regions - Monitor KPIs, service levels and operational risks, and act as the escalation point for critical issues - Support regional teams in resolving complex issues and improving performance Financial and Commercial Management - Hold overall accountability for account profitability and financial performance - Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting - Identify opportunities for growth, efficiencies and value creation People and Continuity - Oversee workforce recruitment, succession planning and staffing levels across locations - Promote training, knowledge sharing and operational readiness Risk, Health & Safety and Compliance - Maintain oversight of operational, financial and compliance risks - Ensure alignment with client requirements, contractual obligations and company policies - Support incident management, corrective actions and risk mitigation plans. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Significant leadership experience within Integrated Facilities Management - Proven success managing complex global or multi-country client accounts - Strong executive stakeholder management and relationship-building skills - Strong understanding of operational excellence, governance and performance management - Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills - Ability to turn complex challenges into clear actions and measurable outcomes - A proactive, accountable and client-centric leadership style HOW SUCCESS WILL BE MEASURED: Client satisfaction and retention, financial performance and forecast accuracy, achievement of KPIs and service targets, effective governance and risk management, staffing stability, and timely resolution of issues.
