Prepare and review manual journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and recurring schedules. Preparation of financial statements, variance analysis (Actuals vs.Budget), and management commentary. E-commerce & Revenue Accounting Reconcile marketplace settlements (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, payment gateways like Razor pay/Stripe) against internal order management systems (OMS). Account for commission costs, promotional discounts, shipping fees, chargebacks, and refund/return reserves. Manage deferred revenue and accurate revenue recognition timing. Inventory & Cost Accounting Collaborate with supply chain teams to track Inventory (COGS, write-offs, landed cost allocations, and transit stock). Perform periodic physical inventory vs. book balance reconciliations across fulfillment centers (3PL/FBA). Compliance & Audits Manage Intercompany transactions, adjustments, and balance confirmation exercises. Ensure compliance with direct/indirect tax requirements (GST, TCS/TDS, Sales Tax). Act as the main point of contact for internal, external, and statutory audits. Requirements Key Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or CA Intermediate Or CA Article completed Experience: 5–8 years of experience in general ledger accounting, with at least 2–3 years in an e-commerce, retail, or D2C environment. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally ERP systems and high- volume data handling in Microsoft Excel / SQL. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of payment gateway flows,market place fee structures, logistics accruals, and indirect taxation rules Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
