Nice to Have - Knowledge of modern GIS frameworks or libraries (e.g., GeoServer, MapServer, GDAL/OGR, FME). - Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (e.g., AWS/GCP-based spatial data storage or serverless functions). - Experience with open-source GIS stack deployments. - Familiarity with regulatory or industry-specific standards in utilities or municipal infrastructure GIS systems.
