Geotechnical Laboratory Manager
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Geo technical Manager to lead and oversee our geotechnical operations, testing services, and project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring quality control, client satisfaction, and compliance with international and local standards. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all geotechnical investigation and laboratory testing operations. Lead, mentor, and supervise geotechnical engineers, lab technicians, and field staff. Plan, schedule, and coordinate geotechnical site investigations and lab testing programs. Review and approve technical reports including soil investigation reports, borehole logs, lab results, and recommendations. Ensure all geotechnical activities comply with relevant standards (ASTM, BS, UAE Regulations). Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver high-quality services on time. Ensure maintenance and calibration of geotechnical lab equipment. Conduct quality assurance and control checks for field and laboratory procedures. Prepare and monitor project budgets and timelines. Support business development by participating in proposal preparation and client meetings. Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
