# Geodetic Engineer - Surveyor (Consultant) **POWER 4 ALL, INC.** · Pasig · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 5 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Position Title: Geodetic Engineer – Surveyor (Consultant) Employment Type: Consultant / Project-Based Engagement Department: Project / Engineering Reports To: Project Manager / Project Director JOB PURPOSE The Geodetic Engineer – Surveyor (Consultant) will provide professional surveying and geodetic engineering services to support POWER 4 ALL INC. projects, including project planning, design, construction, bidding, and site development activities. The consultant will ensure that survey works, measurements, and technical data are accurate, reliable, and compliant with project requirements and applicable standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct and/or supervise land, topographic, boundary, construction, and engineering surveys as required by the project. Perform site reconnaissance and assessment to identify existing site conditions and survey requirements. Establish and verify horizontal and vertical control points, benchmarks, and reference points. Conduct topographic and elevation surveys and prepare accurate survey data for engineering and design purposes. Operate and ensure proper use of surveying equipment such as Total Station, GNSS/GPS, Auto Level, and other related instruments. Process, analyze, and validate survey data and measurements. Prepare survey plans, maps, profiles, cross-sections, and other required technical drawings and documents. Coordinate with Civil, Structural, Electrical, Mechanical, and other engineering teams to ensure survey data supports project requirements. Provide technical recommendations on site measurements, alignment, elevations, coordinates, and other geodetic concerns. Conduct construction surveys, including setting out, staking, alignment, elevation, and as-built verification, when required. Review and validate survey information provided by contractors, suppliers, or other project stakeholders. Ensure survey activities are properly documented and that records are maintained for project reference. Identify discrepancies or issues in survey data and recommend appropriate corrective actions. Provide technical support during project bidding, site visits, technical clarifications, and project implementation, as required. Ensure that all survey activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and project specifications. Perform other related technical and surveying duties that may be assigned based on project requirements. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering or a related field. Licensed Geodetic Engineer in the Philippines. With relevant experience in land, topographic, engineering, or construction surveying. Experience in infrastructure, power, water, environmental, or construction projects is an advantage. Proficient in the use of surveying instruments such as Total Station, GNSS/GPS, and Auto Level. Knowledgeable in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other surveying/CAD software. Able to process and interpret survey data and prepare technical survey documents. Familiarity with coordinate systems, benchmarks, elevations, and construction surveying principles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and documentation. Good communication and coordination skills. Willing to conduct site visits and fieldwork as required by the project. CONSULTANT ENGAGEMENT The Geodetic Engineer – Surveyor will be engaged on a consultancy/project basis , depending on the requirements of the project and/or bidding activity. The consultant may be requested to provide technical inputs, attend site inspections or meetings, prepare and review survey-related documents, and perform field surveying activities when required.
