Accompany the survey team, from time to time, in actual field surveys to familiarize himself in the actual site condition. Process raw data, analyze survey system to be adopted (upon due consultation with the Dept. Head and Instrument Man) and prepare survey plans and reports. Furnish the Instrument Man with the final relocation plan, coordinates of control stations and lot corners for monumenting. Preparation of Relocation plan and Topographic plan. Coordinate with survey contractors regarding farmed-out survey works. Prepare survey returns and plans for approval by the Bureau of Lands or Land Registration Authority. Job Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Geodetic Engineering; With experience in VSR Must be knowledgeable with AutoCAD and GE Survey software; Highly analytical with strong problem solving and people skills; Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity. Amenable to start by March 2026 Work Conditions Ortigas-based but conducts site visits in CALABARZON IV-A or Central Luzon from time to time.
