Prepares survey plans, verifies site conditions, monitors construction elevations and alignments, and ensures that all survey activities comply with project specifications and applicable standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct topographic, boundary, construction, and as-built surveys. Establish and maintain control points, benchmarks, elevations, and coordinates. Perform setting-out and staking works for construction activities. Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as Total Station, GPS/GNSS, and levels. Prepare survey plans, maps, reports, and as-built drawings. Check construction lines, grades, elevations, and alignment against approved plans. Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Site Engineers, contractors, and other project personnel. Analyze and validate survey data and identify discrepancies in the field. Maintain accurate survey records and documentation. Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: Land engineering surveys: 3 years (Required) Location: Calamba City (Required) Work Location: In person
