The role involves coordinating with clients and internal technical teams, monitoring project timelines and deliverables, assisting with billing coordination, and ensuring clear communication among stakeholders. This position is ideal for a fresh graduate of Geodetic Engineering who is interested in developing skills in project management, client coordination, surveying, LiDAR, and technical operations. The successful candidate will receive guidance and training while gradually taking on greater responsibility in managing projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Management Assist in the coordination and monitoring of surveying projects from proposal preparation through project completion. Monitor project timelines, requirements, and deliverables with guidance from the Sales Unit Manager and technical team. Assist in ensuring the timely submission of project deliverables. Maintain organized project documentation and status updates. Support the management of multiple projects simultaneously as assigned. 2. Proposal Preparation Assist in preparing technical proposals with the Proposal Writer and technical team. Assist in preparing financial proposals for review and approval by the Sales Unit Manager. Coordinate with relevant technical teams in preparing project timelines and requirements for proposals. Gather technical information and project requirements needed for proposal preparation. 3. Client Coordination & Communication Assist in maintaining communication between ABSD and clients throughout the project. Coordinate client requests and concerns with the appropriate internal teams. Assist in coordinating billing requirements with the Accounting Department. Follow up with clients regarding billing and other project-related requirements as needed. Communicate project updates and requirements clearly and professionally. 4. Internal Team Coordination Assist in conducting internal project kick-off meetings. Coordinate client requirements and requests with the technical team. Monitor project updates and communicate relevant information to concerned team members. Support the technical team in ensuring the timely and smooth execution of projects. Escalate project concerns or issues to the appropriate supervisor when necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Geodetic Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of surveying principles and practices. Basic understanding of GIS and geospatial data. Familiarity with LiDAR, hydrographic, or other surveying technologies is an advantage. Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and GIS software; knowledge of Global Mapper or QGIS is an advantage. Good oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Willingness to learn project management and client coordination. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with different teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Adaptable and willing to participate in occasional fieldwork and site visits. Willing to travel when required for project-related activities. Nice to Have Academic or internship experience involving LiDAR, GIS, surveying, or hydrographic projects. Familiarity with LiDAR data processing and geospatial workflows. Experience using AutoCAD, Global Mapper, QGIS, or similar software. Strong interest in developing a career in project management and technical operations.
