The role will work closely with our field survey teams and internal departments to ensure accurate and reliable survey information for land acquisition and development. Key Responsibilities Process survey data and prepare survey plans, maps, and technical descriptions. Plot titles, lot boundaries, and property information. Check bearings, distances, areas, and other survey computations. Review and verify survey plans, title plots, and mapping outputs. Identify and resolve discrepancies in survey and property records. Coordinate with field survey teams regarding survey data and site information. Provide technical support to Land Acquisition, Engineering, Legal, Planning, and other departments. Assist in resolving land boundary and title-related issues. Prepare and maintain survey maps, lot data, and technical records. Prepare survey-related reports and maps for land acquisition and project development. Coordinate with DENR, LMB, and other government agencies when necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Geodetic Engineering. Licensed Geodetic Engineer (PRC) preferred but not required. Experience in surveying, land development, mapping, or related work is an advantage. Proficient in AutoCAD and survey/mapping software. Knowledge of surveying principles, title plotting, and survey plan verification. Familiarity with DENR–LMB rules and regulations. Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month Benefits: Additional leave Health insurance Work Location: In person
