The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, testing, and maintaining Genesys IVR solutions to meet business requirements and improve customer service operations. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Genesys IVR development, call flow design, system integration, and production support. The candidate must also be able to communicate effectively with Hong Kong stakeholders, with proficiency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin required. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Genesys IVR applications and call flows. - Configure and optimize IVR call flows, routing logic, and customer interaction processes. - Integrate Genesys IVR solutions with backend applications, databases, APIs, and third-party systems. - Conduct unit testing, system testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality and functionality. - Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective IVR solutions. - Investigate and resolve technical incidents, system defects, and production issues within agreed timelines. - Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for Genesys IVR applications. - Collaborate with business users, project teams, technical stakeholders, and vendors to deliver project requirements. - Prepare and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, and knowledge transfer materials. - Ensure IVR solutions comply with project requirements, technical standards, and operational guidelines. Required Skills & Experience - 3–5 years of experience in Genesys development. - Hands-on experience in Genesys IVR development, configuration, and support. - Strong knowledge of Genesys call flow design, routing, and customer interaction solutions. - Experience with IVR system integration, including backend applications, databases, and third-party systems. - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Experience supporting project delivery, system testing, and production environments. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage technical tasks effectively. - Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with technical and business stakeholders.
