The candidate will be responsible for the development, enhancement, testing, and support of Genesys IVR solutions to meet business and customer service requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Genesys IVR applications and call flows. - Support IVR integration with backend applications, databases, and third-party systems. - Perform unit testing, system testing, and troubleshooting of IVR solutions. - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Handle incident resolution, defect fixes, and production support activities. - Collaborate with business users, project teams, and vendors to deliver project requirements. - Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Genesys development. - Hands-on experience in Genesys IVR development and support . - Experience with Genesys call flow design, routing, and customer interaction solutions. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Experience working in project delivery and production support environments. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience supporting contact center solutions in financial services or insurance industries. - Experience working on regional or Hong Kong projects. - Familiarity with Genesys integrations, APIs, and reporting tools. - Prior experience supporting AIA or large enterprise Genesys environments is an advantage.
