Location Preferred: Bengaluru / Travel as required Employment Type: Full-Time / Consultant Experience: 3+ years preferred About Miror Miror is a women’s health and FemTech company focused on supporting women through perimenopause, menopause and mid-life hormonal health . We provide science-backed healthcare solutions, expert consultations, hormonal health programs and a comprehensive care ecosystem for women. Role Overview We are looking for a General Physician / Endocrinologist who can work with Miror either as a Full-Time Employee or Consultant . The doctor will play an important role in developing and delivering specialized hormonal health programs , consulting with patients, collaborating with other doctors and healthcare professionals, and representing Miror within the medical community. Key Responsibilities · Provide medical consultations for women with perimenopause, menopause and hormonal health concerns . · Assess patients and recommend appropriate investigations, treatment plans and follow-up based on clinical assessment and applicable medical guidelines. · Develop and prescribe individualized hormonal health or other medically appropriate programs , where clinically indicated and within applicable professional and regulatory requirements. · Work closely with Miror's medical, nutrition, counselling and care teams to create integrated patient-care pathways. · Develop and contribute to specialized hormonal health protocols, programs and educational content for Miror. · Build professional relationships with gynaecologists, physicians, endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals . · Travel, when required, to meet doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare partners and introduce Miror's clinical programs and services. · Represent Miror at doctor meetings, CMEs, medical forums, workshops and healthcare events . · Support medical education and awareness initiatives for doctors and healthcare professionals. · Provide clinical guidance to the internal Miror team on women's hormonal health. · Participate in webinars, expert sessions, patient education programs and medical content creation. · Maintain appropriate medical documentation, patient confidentiality and professional standards. Ideal Candidate · MBBS with MD/DNB in General Medicine, Endocrinology or an equivalent relevant specialization. · Valid medical registration and licence to practice in India. · 3+ years of relevant clinical experience preferred. · Experience or strong interest in women's hormonal health, menopause, endocrinology or preventive healthcare . · Comfortable interacting with both patients and senior medical professionals. · Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. · Willingness to travel for doctor outreach, medical partnerships and professional engagements . · Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a growing healthcare/FemTech organization.
