General Operations Manager (Mandarin-Speaking)

We are looking for an experienced General Operations Manager to oversee overall business operations, lead multiple departments, and drive operational efficiency for a growing trading and distribution business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across HR, Finance, Administration, Customer Service, and Marketing.
• Develop operational strategies, improve business processes, and strengthen internal controls.
• Manage operational budgets, cost control, departmental KPIs, and performance.
• Lead department heads and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with China-based management and international stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in operations or general management.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience overseeing multiple departments.
• Strong background in business operations, budgeting, financial management, and process improvement.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal)
• Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
