This is a senior leadership opportunity for a candidate with a strong track record in driving revenue growth, managing high-performing sales teams, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market presence within the UAE and GCC industrial sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales and business development strategies. Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share across multiple business divisions. Lead major EPC, Oil & Gas, government, and industrial account development. Manage sales forecasting, pipeline performance, KPIs, and CRM activities. Build and lead a high-performance sales team through coaching and performance management. Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, principals, and suppliers. Oversee commercial negotiations, key accounts, contract management, and risk assessment. Provide regular management reporting and support corporate growth initiatives. Requirements Proven leadership experience in Oil & Gas, Industrial Supplies, Engineering Services, Trading, or related sectors. Strong understanding of EPC projects, tenders, supply chain operations, and commercial sales management. Experience managing multi-disciplinary sales teams and achieving ambitious growth targets. Excellent business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong knowledge of CRM systems, sales analytics, and KPI-driven performance management.
