Seeking a General Manager / Market Owner to take over TrueRoof (Illinois) We're based primarily out of the Joliet suburbs and cover about a 30mi radius. The ideal candidate has some experience doing either: D2D sales in either roofing, solar, windows Managing a D2D or Cold-Call sales team This is a sales-heavy General Manager role. 80% of the job has to do with: Recruiting a sales team Training a sales team Managing a sales team 20% of the job has to do with: Admin stuff My strengths are recruiting & training, which I can show you how to do (if you already know sales). My goal is to find someone to build a strong support you, so you can have laser focus in growing revenue. Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
