The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fashion retail, multi-store operations, sales, team management, hiring, employee negotiations, inventory, and business development. This role requires a hands on leader who can take ownership of retail performance and build a high performing team. Key Responsibilities Oversee the overall operations and performance of multiple retail stores. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets. Monitor store wise sales performance, KPIs, conversion rates, average transaction value, and customer experience. Lead, motivate, and manage store managers and retail teams. Handle recruitment, hiring, salary negotiations, employee performance, and team development. Set clear targets and KPIs for store managers and employees. Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans. Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards across all stores. Manage inventory, stock movement, replenishment, and reduce stock losses. Coordinate with merchandising and buying teams to ensure the right products are available at the right locations. Plan and execute sales promotions, campaigns, seasonal strategies, and store-level initiatives. Analyse daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and provide management with actionable insights. Control operating expenses and improve overall store profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and UAE labour regulations. Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other departments. Support the company’s expansion plans, including new store openings and retail locations. Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity, and overall business performance. Requirements Minimum 7 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a senior management/GM or equivalent role. Strong background in fashion or apparel retail is preferred. Experience managing multiple stores and large retail teams. Strong understanding of retail sales, KPIs, inventory, merchandising, and profitability. Proven experience in hiring, team building, employee negotiations, and performance management. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and decision making abilities. Ability to work in a fast paced, target driven environment. UAE retail experience is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of the UAE retail market is an advantage.
