The position will oversee production, commercial coordination, financial performance, administration, and business development , while ensuring that operational targets, customer commitments, and company standards are consistently achieved. We are looking for a proven leader with substantial experience in printing or manufacturing operations who understands both the technical side of production and the commercial requirements of running a profitable business. Key Responsibilities Direct day-to-day business operations across production, commercial coordination, and administrative functions. Set operational priorities and translate business objectives into executable plans. Oversee the complete printing production cycle, including prepress, press, finishing, and post-press activities . Monitor production capacity, quality, turnaround time, productivity, and resource utilization. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement improvements in workflow, efficiency, cost, and output. Manage annual budgets, operating expenses, capital expenditures, and overall financial performance. Establish performance indicators and regularly review operational and business results. Work with sales and commercial teams to ensure customer requirements are properly translated into production commitments. Maintain productive relationships with key clients, suppliers, contractors, and business partners. Oversee requirements related to private-sector and government bidding opportunities . Evaluate opportunities for new accounts, services, markets, and revenue growth. Ensure adherence to applicable safety, environmental, regulatory, and industry requirements. Lead department heads and cross-functional teams while strengthening accountability, coordination, and performance. Provide management with regular updates on operational results, business risks, financial performance, and growth initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Printing Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field . MBA, Master’s degree, or advanced management training is an advantage. At least 10 years of progressive experience in the printing or manufacturing industry . Strong understanding of printing production processes, equipment, materials, inks, quality requirements, and end-to-end workflow . Proven experience managing large or cross-functional operational teams. Strong background in operations management, budgeting, cost control, performance management, and business planning. Experience participating in or overseeing government and/or private bidding processes is highly preferred. Exposure to business development, client management, and commercial growth initiatives. Knowledge of environmental compliance, workplace safety, sustainability, and manufacturing standards is an advantage. Strong leadership, judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Willing to work onsite in Biñan, Laguna .
