We help our customers keep their facilities clean, safe, and running smoothly, and we do it by solving problems, not just shipping products. We're growing, and we're looking for a strong operations leader to help take us to the next level. The Role This is a key leadership position. As General Manager, you'll be the right hand to our CEO and own the day-to-day running of the business. You'll lead a team of 15 and make sure our operations are efficient, profitable, and built around the customer. What You'll Do - Oversee daily operations across the business and keep everything running smoothly from open to close - Manage and optimize driver routes so deliveries are on time, cost-effective, and reliable - Own inventory management, including stock levels, accuracy, ordering, and reducing waste and carrying costs - Drive gross margin performance through pricing discipline, purchasing, and operational efficiency - Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15, holding people accountable while helping them grow - Partner closely with the CEO on strategy, priorities, and problem-solving - Track key metrics and report on performance, identifying opportunities to improve What We're Looking For - Proven experience in operations management (required); distribution, warehouse, or logistics experience is a strong plus - Experience managing a team of 10+ people - Strong working knowledge of inventory control, delivery logistics, and gross margin - A numbers-minded leader who is comfortable with KPIs, reports, and making data-driven decisions - Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead with both clarity and care - Ability to be on-site at Shamrock Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM Our Core Values: We ROCK We hire for fit with our values as much as for skills: - Relationships – We build trust with our customers, suppliers, and each other. - Ownership – We take responsibility, follow through, and own the results. - Collaboration – We win together and work across departments to get things done. - Knowledge – We keep learning and share what we know to serve customers better. - Servant's Heart – We lead by serving our team, our customers, and our community.
