At Journey Social you’ll support the owners by leading all aspects of our Front of House operations, maintaining and developing the Journey Social way. Your role will ensure Journey Social’s position of ‘Lancaster best Brunch & Coffee’ is at the heart of what you and your team does. You’ll inspire and motivate your team, leading by example in your day-to-day work; equating to a team that is engaged, motivated and meeting Journey Social standards. Alongside overseeing our second site bakery 'goods' and working with our offsite bakery team too.
