The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, managing financial performance, and building strong customer relationships. This position requires a strategic leader with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment. Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Leadership Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify growth opportunities and support market expansion initiatives. Monitor industry developments and competitor activities. Operational Management Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Implement operational improvements and best business practices. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations. Financial Management Prepare and oversee annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor business performance and profitability. Review operational and financial reports to support decision-making. Customer & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Support business development and customer retention initiatives. Represent the company during business meetings, negotiations, and industry events. Team Management Lead, mentor, and develop employees across different functions. Support recruitment, training, and performance management activities. Promote a positive and high-performance work culture. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's Degree is an advantage. Minimum 8 years of experience in a senior management or leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Sound understanding of business operations, budgeting, and financial management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems. Experience in Industrial Gases, Refrigerants, HVAC, Chemicals, or related industries is highly preferred. Arabic language skills are an advantage. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Job Location Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Additional Information Candidates must be willing to be based in Riyadh, KSA.
