General Manager - Food & Beverage Operations
Job Overview Chudleigh’s is a family-owned Ontario brand built around great food, memorable experiences and genuine hospitality. Today, our hospitality business includes two very different locations: Chudleigh’s Apple Farm , our highly seasonal farm and guest destination, and Blossom Café , our year-round café in downtown Milton. Monitoring labour, food costs, inventory and overall operational performance. Identifying issues early, taking ownership and driving practical solutions. Preparing both locations and their teams for busy weekends, holidays and seasonal peaks. Working closely with senior management to strengthen operations, identify opportunities and support future growth. Qualifications: 5+ years demonstrated management experience leading a full-service high-volume restaurant. Experience overseeing multiple-locations or running high volume operations with multiple managers. Effectively develop, coach, and hold managers accountable for their teams and performance. Advanced knowledge of financial and operational management, including labour and food costs, and inventory control. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving and organizational skills. Energetic with a positive attitude. Must be able to work flexible hours including evening, weekends, and holidays.
