The ideal candidate must have proven experience in the UAE fire protection industry, strong leadership capabilities, and an established network of clients, contractors, consultants, and developers. Key Responsibilities - Oversee overall company operations, including Projects, Maintenance, Sales, Estimation, and Business Development. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase company revenue and profitability. - Generate new business opportunities and secure major projects and maintenance contracts. - Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, consultants, main contractors, and government entities. - Lead the sales and business development teams to achieve monthly and annual targets. - Oversee project execution, operational performance, budgets, and profitability. - Ensure compliance with UAE Fire & Life Safety Code and Abu Dhabi Civil Defence (ADCD) requirements. - Monitor financial performance, cost control, and payment collections. - Manage department heads and improve overall company productivity and efficiency. - Identify market opportunities, participate in major tenders, and negotiate high-value contracts. Requirements - Mandatory experience in a Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, or Fire Protection company in the UAE. - Minimum 8–10 years of relevant industry experience , including senior management experience. - Strong sales and business development background is essential. - Proven track record in securing fire protection projects and achieving sales targets. - Excellent knowledge of UAE fire protection market, Civil Defence regulations, and industry standards. - Established professional network within the UAE construction and fire safety industry. - Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage multiple departments and drive company growth. - UAE driving licence preferred.
