The successful candidate will work closely with the President/Owners and will oversee the company’s department heads, managers, sales organization, and major business functions, with responsibility for driving business growth, expansion, and overall performance. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee overall company operations and department heads/managers. - Set company goals, KPIs, priorities, and performance standards. - Lead business development and introduce new products/product lines. - Source and evaluate suppliers, brands, markets, and strategic opportunities. - Expand nationwide distribution channels, territories, customers, and partnerships. - Lead and manage the Sales Department, including Sales Managers. - Drive nationwide sales growth and customer expansion. - Develop government/LGU accounts and opportunities with DOH and other agencies. - Oversee government procurement, quotations, proposals, and bidding. - Manage importation, distribution, wholesale, logistics, and supplier relationships. - Expand distributor/dealer networks. - Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate managers. - Develop short- and long-term business strategies. - Monitor market opportunities, risks, competition, and company performance. - Report directly to the President/Owners. Qualifications: - Extensive senior management experience required. - Strong importer, distributor, or wholesaler experience. - General Management and Business Development experience. - Experience managing multiple departments and managers. - Proven success in launching new product lines and developing markets. - Strong sales leadership and team management experience. - Government/DOH/LGU experience preferred. - Public health, pest management, livestock, agriculture, or related industry experience highly preferred. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills. - Strategic, commercially minded, results-oriented, and accountable. - Willing to travel nationwide. Ideal Candidate: A senior executive capable of operating at a President/General Manager level, taking ownership of company direction, leading managers, developing new business, launching products, expanding distribution, and delivering measurable growth.
