General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager with a strong background in the uniform manufacturing industry to oversee our company’s overall operations, business development, and growth.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing uniform production, coordinating departments, leading teams, and ensuring efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and daily activities of the company.
• Manage and supervise uniform manufacturing, production planning, and quality control.
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales, profitability, and market share.
• Lead and coordinate departments, including production, sales, purchasing, and administration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Monitor budgets, operational costs, and company performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Manage staff performance and ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in uniform manufacturing .
• Previous experience in a General Manager or senior management position is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of garment production, fabric sourcing, costing, quality control, and production planning.
• Proven leadership, team management, and business development skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and achieve business targets.
• Candidates with relevant experience in the UAE uniform manufacturing industry will be preferred

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
