P&L and Financial Management: Oversee corporate and project-level budgets, monitor cash flow, manage profit and loss (P&L), and implement strict cost-control measures. Operations Oversight: Direct multi-disciplinary teams of project managers, engineers, and administrative staff to optimize operational efficiency across all active jobsites. Business Development & Bidding: Spearhead high-level contract negotiations, client acquisition, major project bidding, and strategic joint-venture partnerships. Regulatory & Compliance Governance: Ensure all corporate operations and field construction activities comply with local building codes, labor laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards (such as OSH and PCAB regulations). Stakeholder Relations: Maintain robust relationships with key clients, real estate developers, architectural consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and local government units (LGUs). Talent Development: Mentor senior management and engineering leadership, driving performance evaluations, talent retention, and organizational development. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Licensed Civil Engineer. Minimum of 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in a management role within the construction industry, featuring a proven, verifiable track record of P&L management and team leadership. Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
