Key Responsibilities: Oversee overall business operations, departments, and projects. Develop and implement strategic and operational plans. Manage budgets, costs, cash flow, and profitability. Drive business development and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers. Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety requirements. Lead and develop teams and report performance to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably Engineering or Business Administration. Proven leadership experience in construction or electromechanical contracting, preferably in the UAE. Strong knowledge of project management, contracts, tendering, and financial and commercial operations. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
