General Manager

OVO is a growing manufacturing company that produces [garments / fashion products] for its own brands and for clients. We combine skilled production with modern systems to deliver quality products on time.

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the whole operation: the factory floor, the supply chain, sales and finance. You’ll report directly to the owner. Your job is to increase output, improve quality and grow profit.

Key Responsibilities

• Run daily factory operations: production planning, scheduling and capacity
• Hit production targets for output, quality, cost and on-time delivery
• Manage purchasing, raw materials, inventory and supplier relationships
• Put quality control systems and standards in place and enforce them
• Cut waste and improve efficiency (lean manufacturing, process improvement)
• Own the budget, P&L, product costing and pricing
• Grow sales and manage relationships with key clients and brands
• Lead, hire and develop the production, warehouse and admin teams
• Ensure health & safety and labor-law compliance
• Use CRM/ERP systems to track production, inventory and sales
• Report KPIs monthly to the owner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, including 4+ years in a senior management role
• Experience in apparel, textile or fashion manufacturing is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, costing and supply chain
• Proven ability to lead large teams and improve factory performance
• Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP systems
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
