Requirements - Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the perfume industry, with strong knowledge of the European or Middle Eastern fragrance markets. - Strong knowledge of perfume manufacturing and factory operations. - Experience in business management , budgeting, sales, marketing and brand development. - Proven ability to lead teams, manage costs and drive business growth. - Strong leadership, communication and decision-making skills. - Immediate joiner preferred. Core Responsibilities - Oversee the entire perfume manufacturing facility and daily operations. - Manage production, quality control, inventory, procurement and workforce. - Lead perfume brand management, product development and new product launches. - Oversee sales, marketing coordination, business development and distribution. - Manage budgets, operational costs, pricing and overall profitability. - Lead teams across departments and report business performance to senior management.
