General Manager

A pub general manager is sought for The Drumming Snipe, Brucan Pubs, Woking.

Our independent pub business is seeking a new general manager to lead the team of this village gastropub in Surrey.

• Requires a proactive manager to work across and manage all aspects of the site.
• We are a truly independent, growing food-led pub company. The general manager is supported by the head office team and reports to company owners.
• The team consists of 15 colleagues and we are looking for a leader with the ability to ensure not only guest, but team satisfaction.
• The owners work alongside the operations team to provide full support to the management structure ensuring all the tools and training are provided to focus on driving and growing a successful, sustainable business.
• At Brucan Pubs we believe that senior managers are key stakeholders in the business and are directly linked to organisational success. We are passionate about empowering managers to lead their team, contribute to the organisation’s processes and development.
• We serve great British cuisine, in a high-end pub environment with premium service standards and hold traditional hospitality as a core value to our standards.
• We are looking for a manager with experience of running and growing an establishment who is driven to add value to the company.
• We need a leader with passion and knowledge across all elements of the business including service, food and beverage, management skills who is highly organised and a keen problem solver.
